I was able to call their office and speak with them they worked with me to get a better day. The installer Grudyal was very knowledgeable and courteous. He installed my product quickly, and ensured my cook top was in great shape, before installing. I am very satisfied with the interactions I had with them, and would definitely use them with any of my future installations.

I gave them a well deserved 5 stars as the installers completely exceeded my expectations for courtesy, professionalism and expertise.  They quickly removed my old dishwasher, hauled it away and installed my new dishwasher in less than an hour.  They were very friendly and kept things clean as they worked.
